Service Policy
CLEANIC PRO is committed to providing high-quality, detail-oriented cleaning services. All
services are performed based on the agreed scope outlined in your quote or service
agreement. Any additional work requested outside of the original scope may result in
additional charges.
Payment Policy
● Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
● Commercial clients may be invoiced based on approved terms
● Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH, or electronic invoice payment
● Late payments may result in paused or suspended services
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
● Failure to provide notice prior to the scheduled service may result in a charge of up to the full service amount if our team arrives on-site.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time of service. This may include:
● Providing entry codes or keys
● Ensuring someone is present if required
● Communicating access instructions in advance
Delays due to lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there are any concerns regarding your cleaning
service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue
and, if necessary, address it promptly.
Liability Policy
CLEANIC PRO is fully insured. However:
● We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
● Fragile or valuable items should be disclosed prior to service
● Clients are responsible for securing valuables during cleaning
Eco-Friendly Cleaning Option
Eco-friendly cleaning services are available upon request. This option uses non-toxic, environmentally safe products suitable for homes, medical offices, and sensitive environments.
Anti-Solicitation Policy
CLEANIC PRO kindly requests that this form be used only for legitimate service inquiries.
Unrelated solicitations or spam messages will not receive a response.
